A Brief Overview
A Window Department Manager will supervise the work of a team of Window Install and Service technicians, leads and supervisors. This position is responsible for overseeing the window department including Inventory management, procuring vendors, procuring installation sub-contractors, managing job site evaluations, managing customer interactions with builders and homeowners, delivery & receiving coordination and budget accountability.
